Cross Pause is a mobile application designed to help users take intentional breaks from their digital devices by integrating prayer and spiritual reflection. The app uses the user's device Screen Time API to help users manage and limit their screen time effectively.

2. Account Creation

To use Cross Pause, users must create an account. Users can sign up using:

• Apple Login (Sign in with Apple)
• Google Account (Gmail)
• Email and password

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Cross Pause is free to download. However, access to core features requires a paid subscription. All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the user's device. Billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled according to Apple's or Google's respective terms and policies.

4. Third-Party Services

Cross Pause uses the following third-party services to enhance the user experience:

• Apple/Google App Stores — Payment processing and subscription management
• Analytics Services — Usage analytics to improve app performance
• Authentication Providers — Apple Login and Google Sign-In

5. Restrictions

Users agree not to:

Cross Pause is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the user's use of the app.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
